Is peaceful and secure in this 24 bed residential care facility. Our focus is on care and individuality for those who are not ready for long term care, but enjoy living independently among their peers.

Each apartment is fully furnished, including a kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathrooms are handicapped equipped, including a call light system to alert staff for emergencies.

We serve three nutritious meals a day, which is included in the monthly fee. We also provide 24 hour staffing, medication management*, laundry and housekeeping services.

Frequent activities throughout the day help increase socialization with peers. We also offer beautician and barber services, as well as a nail technician. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are provided by well-qualified licensed staff form Quality Care Services of Butler, MO, for those in need.

In case of any emergency or urgent health care need, a licensed nurse is available 24 hours a day. Coutryside Estates is located nearby Ellett Memorial Hospital, a progressive health care facility for emergencies requiring immediate care.

In times of long-term illness, Countryside Estates is located next to Appleton City Manor, an intermediate care facility providing 24 hour nursing care. This stay can be temporary or long term, depending on the recovery time of each individual. Speak to Social Services for more information.

Single Suite $1125/month

Suite for Two $1985/month

Rates include housekeeping and laundry services, medication management, room and board, meals and activities.

* Medications, telephone, and cable television services are not covered in the monthly rate. These fees are separate, to be paid by the resident.
